Project NGC 39

A duplex designed for our Client Mr. Saurabh with a single car parking space to ensure a larger living room with dining and kitchen on the ground floor.
The first floor has two bedrooms with a large terrace and a double height cut out to add to the grandness desired.
The final level the terrace is designed with a multipurpose room with a garden space towards the front and a service terrace towards the back.
The facade has been kept clean with simple cladding materials and paint shades to compliment.
