Architect’s Description: The client’s vision was to create a facade that exudes a sense of richness and complexity, focusing on a varied material palette and cold color tones. They sought a facade that is both cohesive and intricately detailed, ensuring every element contributes to a harmonious yet dynamic exterior.

To fulfill this vision, our design team curated a thoughtful combination of materials. We incorporated texture paints in various cold shades, complemented by three distinct types of stone cladding. These elements were further enhanced by selecting exterior colors that harmonize with the stone and textured finishes, adding depth and sophistication to the facade.

A meticulous study of the facade at various design stages allowed us to refine each element of the massing, ensuring a cohesive integration of details. This approach ensured that every aspect of the facade was precisely crafted, resulting in a visually stunning and balanced exterior.

The culmination of these efforts is a double-height villa that beautifully reflects the client’s aspirations. The project stands as a testament to the collaborative process between the client and our design team, achieving a facade that is as functional as it is aesthetically pleasing.
